A study conducted by CompTIA revealed that 38 percent of doctors and support staff use applications on a very frequent basis. This figure is expected to rise dramatically, and it countered by reaching 50 percent in 2012. Two out of every three people surveyed stated their need would improve mobile technology. This study reveals the use of applications in the field of office physicians, hospitals, clinics and testing laboratories.

They have ended up needing to maintain hardcopy and soft copy data. This helps them save a significant amount of time. The multimedia capabilities of a tablet can be made to record and present information on request, such as visual representations of injuries and files that are recorded to the patient feeling important to convey to a doctor. They enable hospital staff to communicate more efficiently thus, improving coordination, which directly affects further work processes and makes it better.
